Submit the completed form along with necessary credentials: birth certificate, Aadhar Card (Student & parents), recent passport-size photograph (4 pcs), Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate, Residential Certificate, Income Certificate, T.C., PEN number and Report Card/Result (if transferred from other school).All documents must be verified by our administrative board.
