1. The School Buses ply on pre-determined routes. The management accepts no responsibility for delays, irregularity in timings, break-downs or accidents in the bus during service.

2. All the students using the school Bus are expected to be on the bus stop at least five minutes prior to the arrival time of the bus. The routes and stops have been prepared keeping in view the convenience and safety of all students.

3. The drivers are authorized to stop buses at the designated stops only.

4. As a safety measure nobody should put his/her hand through the protecting bars of the windows, not even to salute someone.

5. It is the responsibility of every parent/guardian to reach personally their wards from the bus stop to their residence and from bus stop to their house everyday. If the parents/guardians make use of their representatives for this purpose, they should be provided with adequate identification to act on behalf of the respective parents/guardians. They must ensure that their wards are escorted to and taken from the bus stop punctually everyday.

6. Students using the bus facility are provided with a bus pass for the whole academic year. They must always carry it with them while on the bus. Bus facility is given for a whole year and not for short periods.

7. Singing and shouting is strictly forbidden. Students should be mindful of good manners and exemplary behaviour.

8. The bus fee depends on the distance of the fixed bus stop from the school. Bus fees also must be cleared before the 25th of every month.

9. The bus teachers, students and bus monitors are responsible for maintaining discipline in the buses. Any serious offence will be reported to the principal immediately.

10. Parents are responsible for any mishap that happens after the students get off from the bus.

11. For discontinuation of the school bus, the parents have to inform in the office in writing.

12. Bus fee will be charged for 12 months in an academic year.
