The Principal and the Manager reserve to themselves the right to dismiss from the school any student whose conduct is in their opinion against the good moral tone to the school.

Obscenity in word or deed willful damage to school property, grave insubordination, contempt to any school authority, unsatisfactory progress in studies and lack of elegance and stealing are sufficient grounds for dismissal or suspension.

The Principal and the manager are the sole judges regarding the dismissal of a student,and parents/ guardians when they apply for their childs admission to St.John's are understood to accept their judgment in such matters as final.
